Together with the advertising agency groupM, we launched an employer branding campaign for L'Oréal Paris, targeting young professionals with up to five years of experience in Germany and Austria. The campaign, focusing on digital and eCommerce talents, positions L'Oréal as a leading digital player and features real employees to ensure authenticity.

Developed by the Düsseldorf-based media agency mGroup, the campaign began its rollout on October 13, 2022, on the career social network LinkedIn. "We aim to highlight the attractive career opportunities at L'Oréal in digital fields like eCommerce and online advertising through testimonials from our own employees," said Martin Spielvogel, Director of Talent Acquisition at L'Oréal Austria Germany. The campaign includes eight image motifs and three videos, featuring employees in digital job roles.

As an internationally leading cosmetics company, L'Oréal employs around 2,800 people in Germany and is one of the most attractive employers in the consumer goods industry. The campaign focuses on social media to reach young professionals and recent graduates in the highly competitive digital talent market.
